Service Fees
1. 導師只需向我們繳付議定的首兩星期堂費，不需支付其他費用
2. If the case is successfully matched, the platform will charge the agreed first week's tuition fee as the introduction fee
example:
One tutoring class per week, 1.5 hours per class, $120/hr
The referral fee is: 2 x 1.5 x 120 = $180
3. If the tutor cancels the confirmed case, the platform will charge the originally agreed first two weeks tuition fee.

5. If the tutor and the parents collude to defraud the agency fee, including privately changing the content of the agreement (including hourly wage, location, number of classes) and canceling the case due to any reason, this platform will charge the originally agreed agency fee + $500
6. If the tutor fails to show up for any reason and the case is cancelled, the platform will charge the originally agreed first two weeks tuition fee + $200
7. If the tutor terminates the service due to negligence (including lateness, missed appointments, etc.), the platform will charge the originally agreed first two weeks tuition fee + $200
8. If parents terminate the service within the first two weeks, the tutor only needs to pay half of the tuition for the lessons already attended.
9. If the parent terminates the service two weeks after the start of the case, the tutor still needs to pay the full administrative fee
*All fees are payable within two weeks of the first scheduled class date.
